If you're having trouble finding joy in life or just stuck in a rut, I would recommend sitting down and listing all things you find beautiful and lovely in your life. It's amazing how it can brighten up your day. Keep your list in a place where you'll see it daily (bathroom mirror or on the fridge). Every time you see what you're thankful for, remind yourself of how sweet your life is!
